is good to stop them?

Well Molly, we suggest running a few programs to remove spyware 
that may causing the pop-ups. Some removal programs can severely        
damage your computer so BE CAREFUL.

Ad Aware & Spybot are two programs that very user friendly          
and will remove a great deal of spyware.
